FACTORIES

Built a New Factory on April 2015.

To improve productivity and efficiency, we invest facilities actively.

1F

Floor area 288 ㎡ (18m x 16m), equiped inverter type hoist (2t). Utilizing height 4m ( open ceiling part for hoist is 9m ), long/large/heavy control panel can be manufactured as well.

2F

Floor area 264 ㎡ ( considering open ceiling part ), standard control panel and small joint box can be manufactured.

The Assembly Floor

In the assembly floor, wiring the power circuit and control circuit. In addition, processing of wires and connectors by soldering.

After wiring and assembly panels, to inspect them with some test energization equipments.

To improve efficiency and quality, We put enphasis on "Management of some tools", "Subdivision of the work area" and "Clean work area".

- Assembly Equipment :: Hotmarker, and others
- Inspection Equipment :: Test PLC panel for test,; Temperature/withstand voltage test,; and others.

- Touch panel (HMI) :: MITSUBISHI GT Works3; Digital GP-Pro EX 4.0, Pro-Server EX

OFFICE

Purchasing section

Purchase the components for control panel and manage delivery and shipment.

Sales dep, Desigin section

Sales dep deal with some FA parts (OMRON, MITSUBISHI and etc.) for panel makers and/or Users. Design section, Using Electrical CAD, design circuit and select FA parts for panel.

Training

To improve employees skills, have training session. Sometimes, Visiting lecturer also invited.

WELFARE

Lunch Room

When lunch time, all we enjoy lunch time watching TV.

Fitness Room

Massage chair, treadmill, JOBA are equipped. All employee can use machines for refresh.

Rest Room

Equip a Massage sofa. When physical condition is bad, employee can rest.
